Have a video call with us to meet you! Most important is to break the ice and see each other, and also to hear where you’re standing at the moment.

After our introductory call, we can catch up your steps and from here become your intermediary, this means your planning agency. We send you our contract, and if you agree, we start working at this point.
Step 3
If you need a site visit we arrange the appointments, after we have narrowed to your best 3 or 4 options of resorts or venues, or both. We take care of you during the visit, help you make the questions maybe you didn’t know were needed.
Step 4
You pick a resort, we request your room rate proposals, we put a date on hold and from here
starts the fun part of the planning!
